Products

We sell energy drink beverages under our own recipe, manufactured through a third party co-packer. We currently ship only within the United States.

Age Recommendation

Our products are recommended for individuals age 16 and older. Glide Energy does not require age verification at checkout, but we recommend that customers consider this age guidance before purchasing for or giving the product to younger individuals.

Caffeine Disclaimer

Each can of Glide Energy contains 120 mg of caffeine.

Consuming caffeine and other stimulants can carry health risks, including but not limited to increased heart rate, elevated blood pressure, anxiety, difficulty sleeping, and other side effects, particularly for individuals who are sensitive to caffeine, pregnant or nursing, taking medication, or managing a medical condition.

Consult a physician before consuming this product if you have any health concerns. Do not exceed recommended serving sizes and avoid combining with other sources of caffeine or stimulants.

Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

Payment is processed securely through Shopify at the time of purchase.

Arbitration Agreement and Class Action Waiver

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, your purchase, or your use of our website will be resolved through binding individual arbitration, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies.

You and Glide Energy LLC each waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative action.

Disputes will be arbitrated on an individual basis only, and an arbitrator may not combine more than one person’s claims into a single proceeding.

Arbitration will be conducted under the rules of a recognized arbitration organization and will take place in Georgia, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.
